Pittsburgh Steelers are at Tennessee with the Steelers 2 point favorites. The Titans were hit with major injuries this week. Defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch is out until the playoffs. Defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth will miss this game with a MCL sprain. Tennessee is 6-15 without Albert Haynesworth in the lineup. Pittsburghs defense has been outstanding allowing only an average of 239 yards per game. Tennessee will have problems running here putting Kerry Collins in manageable down and distance and the Steelers pass defense and pass rush will take advantage and confuse Collins. Big Ben Roethlisberger has gotten it done on offense for the Steelers and has led to the team to huge victories. Tease Pittsburgh 7 points to +5.

Atlanta Falcons are at Minnesota with the Vikings a 3 point favorite. Minnesota sports an outstanding rushing defense as they allow a mere 71 yards per game. Michael Turner has had a good year but what stand out to me were his performances against great rushing defenses that allow less than 100 yards per game. 58 yards on 17 carries, which equates to a 3.4 yards per attempt average at Philadelphia. 54 yards on 25 attempts which equates to a 2.2 yards per attempt average home to Chicago. Minnesotas rushing defense is better than both of those teams. Matt Ryan will face down and distance at a dome against a fierce pass rush in this game. Minnesotas offense has gotten on track led by a 2 headed running attack. Atlantas point performance has not been quite as good on the road. Tease Minnesota 7 points to +4.
