Scenes shown include 1) Applying rubber using a tire dragging machine which counterrotates racing slicks on the track, while a crew of men appiles and brushes in rosin, 2) Tractors drag strips of rubber along the rosin covered track, 3) As one of the final stages, traction compound is sprayed on while more rubber strips are dragged on the track, and 4) The result of their work - Greg Anderson's 6.587-second, 209 mph pass in the Summit Racing Pontiac. those guys do an awesome job, did really fast cleanups even after a few styrofoam cones got vaporized they were really quick at keeping the race moving
