So the first shot peaked around 93.5, and the second at 96. Is that due to a flush routine difference, or is the group hotter the second time around and less able to pull the temperature down?
What about in a high volume use, does it become more or less temp stable. I mean, if you keep using the same group, will you see hotter and hotter temps with a smaller decline in the temp profile? Or am I completely misreading this?

@SammyBoi992 Well ...sort of. Depending on the coffee I would say anywhere from 92-95C. The lever machine treats coffee very differently than any other machine. The water flow rate and pressure are so much different than a standard espresso machine and they also change throughout the brewing process which makes the temp less of a factor than on a semi-auto where both flow rate and pressure is constant. I am still trying to learn more about this machine, it makes some fantastic coffee though
