Demi: where are we going?
Demi's mom: we're moving to New Jersey *packing*
Demi: How long?
Demi's mom: maybe years...
Demi: *shocked* but-but I love Texas and where's my daddy?
Demi's mom: he's working so he will be there with us tomorrow in the morning *lies*
Demi: *smiles*
Demi's mom: *hugs Demi* we'll staying with my friend Denisse

New Jersey

*someone knocks the door*
Denisse: *hugs Demi's mom* How long! you must be Demi *smiles*
Demi: This place is beautiful! *look around*
Denisse: thanks Demi I hope you feel comfortable
Demi: sure!
??: Mom! did you see my barney's books?
Denisse: In the studio honey *smiles*
??: thanks! *about to leave*
Denisse: wait Joe! you should show the house to Demi, she will be here for a while
Joe: fine, Hey! I'm Joe Jonas *shakes her hand*
Demi: Demi Lovato *smiles*
Denisse: *whispers* show Demi your brothers while I talk with her mom
*Demi and Joe leaves*

Joe: wanna see my Barney's books?
Demi: Umm I'm 8
Joe: yeah and I'm 10 *smiles*
Demi: *grins*
Joe: what's so funny?
Demi: You have 10 and still like you Barney
Joe: is that so bad? *mad*
Demi: No! it's weird but cute *smiles*
Joe: Thanks
Demi: you know what? I was in Barney
Joe: No!
Demi: yeah!
Joe: No!
Demi: ya
Joe: No!
Demi: don't you believe me? don't you?
Joe: for sure! but can you do me a favor?
Demi: *nods*
Joe: give me his number!!! *excited*
Demi: WHAT??!! but he's no real!
Joe: of course it is!
Demi: No!
Joe: yeah!
Demi:... *deeply breath* well I'm gonna tell you he doesn't give me his number
Joe: Ow!
Demi: because HE IS NOT REAL!
Joe: *about to cry*
Demi: *shocked* no no no He is real *smiles* he know you and said Hi!
Joe: cool *laughs*
Demi: *smiles* Fine
Joe: Oh! let me call you my brothers NIIICKKK!!!
Nick: What do you want??!!
Joe: she is Demi, Demi he is Nicholas Jerry Jonas
Nick I'm NICK Jonas
Demi: *grins* I'm Demetria Devonne Lovato and I know it's an awful name but I can live with that you can call me Demi
Nick: *smiles*
Kevin: Hey guys why scream so loud?
Nick: Joe's fault
Joe: Nick's fault
Kevin: *sees Demi* Hey I'm Kevin Jonas
Demi: Demi Lovato *smiles*
Nick: Demi you look so happy anytime *smiles*
Demi: *smiles at him* Thanks!
Kevin: did you already see the studio? it's so cool let's go!
Demi: cool

In the studio

Denisse: You didn't tell her yet...
Demi's mom: I can't
Denisse: why not? is you dauther she have to know the truth
Demi's mom: I can not just tell her dad left us
Demi: *quiet* WHAT??! *tears roll down her face runs away*
Nick: Demi wait! *runs after her*
Joe: *shocked* I-I'm--
Denisse: Honey go to your room don't worry she'll be fine
Joe: *nods*
Demi's mom: *shakes her head* I'm going with her
Denisse: no... leave her alone for a while... so Nick is with her
Demi's mom: what do you mean?
Denisse: you'll see he is a sweetheart and I'm not saying that because it's my son

With Nemi

Demi: *crying* She... didn't... told... me
Nick: Demi?
Demi: leave me alone!!
Nick: I'm just trying to help
Demi: I'm fine it's no your bussiness!
Nick: when I'm sad people around me make me smile
Demi: I don't wanna smile anymore *tears*
Nick: why no? I already see your smile and it's amazing!
Demi: thanks for trying... *one more tear roll down her face*
Nick: *wipes tear from demi* well you know, we don't know each other at all but we could be friends *smiles*
Demi: *hugs him crying in his shoulder*
Nick: It's ok... you will be fine *kisses her forehead*
Demi: you-you are so cute with me
Nick: *smiles*
Demi: *pulls away from the hug* you know what... I'm better now
Nick: I guess you needed a friend
Demi: *smiles*
Nick: The beautiful smile is back!
Demi: *blushes* we better get back to the house
Nick: do you feel better?
Demi: *smiles with her teeth*
Nick: Then let's go!
Demi: Nick...
Nick: Umm?
Demi: *hugs him* I needed that
Nick: *laughs*
*They walk to the house* Since this day....Demi and Nick have been very close.
