What Emulator Do You Use?

Things spawn weird sometimes in this game. If you hit that turtle on 3-1 and walk with it, the koopas won't spawn inside the bullet holes. Something similar happens on 7-2 with the fire rings and platforms. No idea how that works..

if you jump over the flag in world 3-1 you go to a warp pipe leading to level 1. Why Nintendo? Why?

And if you go any further on world 3-1, you will find a warp pipe to world 1 O_O
