@deuceky yeah i agree, however i think this is a special case,she is really flexible. I am pretty sure she is a gymnast or something they usually do not have weak legs...
I dont know why people try to reinvent the wheel when it comes to training lol. The simple stuff always works the best. You know you can be too flexible and by looking at her front squat from a previous video, she is either in flexible enough to go rock bottom on the squat or she has very weak quads and glutes. Oh and on a kettlebell swing if youre driving thru the ground hard enough the momentum will bring the heels slightly up.
Props to you.. I never would have thought of trying that... but you can bet I will be messing with it in the future! That's gotta have some interesting martial arts applications!
