just know that even though you guys might have a problem sometimes figuring out what to call yourselves that the vast majority of Americans including myself think of you as not only veterans but defends of our freedom and have done what so very few could or would do. God made it possible for us to wake up this morning and it was free land today because of you. Thank you

I completely agree with dancerpro1!!!! If you raise your hand and speak the oath you are qualified. AD, Gaurd, Reserve we all love this great land and believe in and defend our Constitution. And when I am to damn old to serve this great Nation I will be proud to consider myself a VET. nothing else........

Well Sir, you are qualified. You stood the wall, held your hand and put your life on the line just like I did. You can't pick when, where or how you serve and why is really not important. It is that you served that is important! I needed a job and ended up in combat, big whoop. WE ARE THE VETERANS, only prior service if your going back in. Hell after 30 years I still want to go back in.

Absolutely! The millitary was initialy the PEOPLES millitia. They were set up to protect the citizens of the US against Tyranny within and witout. We all know who the Tyrants are within and it ain't the civilians.

@magicdonjuan27 it could have been, I burned a mp3 disk a few years back its got somewhere around 100 of the classics on it and I've never taken it out of my radio since I put it in. And no I'm not from Dallas but I when I was back home in Texas I wasnt too far from there.
