Belinda was definitely one of the greatest artists in the 80's and 90's. The fact she was very underrated doesn't change the truth. She deserved being as big as Madonna, Cher, Whitney Houston or Janet Jackson. 'I Need A Disguise' is one of my favorites from her

I wish IRS/MCA would make this available on DVD in the US as well as the Good Heavens video from 1988. only available on PAL right now bundled with the anniversary edition of "Heaven On Earth"
