I'm gonna try this....but, add CAPERS and GARLIC more towards the end...and maybe a little less cream....and parsley only at the very end....but still, it looks great....

What is that thing you added before you added the mushroom? I thought it was garlic, until you said "add garlic" later on..

I don't know about that, but this sure looks good. I have a bottle of red wine open, so i'll try it with that. And add some green pepper corns.
