1/2 cup buckwheat groats, soaked and dehydrated
sprinkle of hemp oil
1/4 teaspoon salt, ground to a fine powder
2 teaspoons of your favorite herb

can be eaten as a finger food or with a spoon

  • How long do you soak the buckwheat? and then, how long do they take to dehydrate? final question - and your herbs were ground to a powder? I love savoury, crunchy stuff like Bombay Mix - and a recipe like this would help me to substitue it with a savoury, crunchy raw snack.
