Sonta in best tradition of Shostakovitch and Prokofiev!! I would like that program for guitar have more big sonatas like this. I played recently Sonata by Igor Rekhin. Fantastic work also!!! All best from Serbia!

I love "The Fall of Birds" too! I find it very powerful as well, i need to find a lighter tension strings, the Toccata is eating through my nail, but it's enjoyable music

Yes, it certainly is, especially playing the Toccata at a proper tempo!

Mr. Koshkin,
Thank you for writing such a monumental piece for the guitar--and what a great performance of it. I'm working on "The Fall of Birds" at the moment--it too is very powerful and substantial.

"The Fall of Birds" is a very difficult piece. I wish You to have no problems with it. It is definitely very powerful. The player should have enough strength to perform the work.

Excellent playing of this substantial, challenging, but hugely significant and enjoyable modern piece. Well done!
