What this must be is zsh ("z-shell") + "oh-my-zsh" which is a big bunch of supplementary addons and themes on top of zsh. You may try the theme "muse" which I like to use.

For say the "l" command which lists everything in the directory, it must be an alias to "ls -a -l"
