  • In Northern New Mexico, it's pretty typical to see a lot of butterflies like that. I sometime think, " why do the people working in the pavillion get mad if the butterflies get lose from the doors. It's not like there going to die, there is much habitat, flowers where these creatures could thrive in the area of the Bio park lol. In fact sallowtail, butterlies feed on cottonwood, dill, cilantro, and choke cherry etc. If you didn't already know.

  • @Anthony15481 Thanks, I think I'll resort to bee keeping.

  • Hey NEw Mexico? Wow. GR8 Job. TRying to do the same with my hobby. Is it a public garden? I'll b back. Friend in Colima attracting local butterflies to htier hosts. Small garden with surely lanatana but it has spray-free parsley & citrus now. Does scented prple groundcover Lanatana do the trick? Truthfull, Al R

  • Try contacting the Rio Grande Botanical Gardens in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for help. It is a public facility operated by the city. I don't know the answer.
