Red Dead Redemption - American Standardbred horse location

Location and breaking of the fastest and best horse (imo) in Red Dead Redemption - the American Standardbred. In this video I just randomly bump into one but I've seen a group of 3/4 around the same location too.

I'm kinda new in this game... how can I replace this horse with the old one?

is it enough to just catch it or I have to do anything more?

@computerguard I haven't played the game in a long time but I think once you've caught & broke the horse you have to go to a town and hitch it to a post and it then becomes your main one. I think for some of the slower horses you can just go to a store and buy the deed.

I found mine up around Auroras Basin. Its a dangerous place to tame horses, so i had to drag it out to Manzinata Post.

@JakeT111x If you've caught the standerdbred you can then buy the deed. Also deeds can do many things. If your horse gets killed you can use the deed to replace it with a identicle one.
