I always prefered Necros in The Living Daylights

Besides of my top 5 I have reserved special mention for Mr.Wint and Mr.Kidd who are possibly the most comical villains, and did their best to dispose of Bond in the most impractical manner possible. Although escaping from a coffin in a crematory WAS impossible.

Worst henchman? Xenia Onatopp. A woman getting orgams from inflicting death to others is way over the top.

1. Red Grant - A psychopathic killer which is the anti-Bond in the books

2. Baron Samedi - The man who cannot die, you can't better that, plus he seems to have his own agenda, not just being a help to Kananga

3. Oddjob - The first true henchman which influenced others like Gobinda, TeeHee and last but not least...

4. ...Jaws - he appeared in TWO movies people, that's testimony to his popularity, and he didn't even die in Moonraker,and joined Bond's side too

5. Dario - Benicio del Toro
