@BlagaDanutz - your just used to it. I'm quite good at Shift with keyboard too. Play in experienced most of the time and sometimes Pro.

I disagree that Shift is mostly arcade. From what I experienced, as well as the many real life video comparisons I've done, Shift was very realistic in my opinion, except for the skidding which happens too often.
Ofcourse, at certain times, it could be VERY unrealistic...
But what I found to be down points were the Career mode - too much cash.
Also, giving profile points for driving like an idiot ? Very bad idea...

@mdmarkdaniel46 Your RAM and CPU are good to go. You do need decent GPU; anything from an Nvidia 7900 on up should be able to handle the graphics workload, although for a card like the 7900 you would need to turn detail settings down a bit.

@Jonathan and MrKieran: I've never experienced that problem; I can only recommend looking into possible causes for lag. Any combination of the following can lead to input lag: slow PCs, wireless controllers, and LCD screens (with higher response times). But really, I can only suggest Googling your problems; if someone else has had the same problem, someone else also found a solution.
