I agree with you. Its not just SH Wiki either, but other various sites. It was also a theory that its arms also resemble that of a woman holding large grocery bags. Again, this was only a theory that was discussed. Im not saying it's correct.
It was speculated the reason Heather wore the wristbands was b/c she was suicidal, in part b/c the closers' "arms" have long, along-the-road slits down them. Suicide is a central theme in SH and SH3. As we know by now, or should know, Alessa was suicidal.
