The mineral calcium provides a simple, cheap and effective means of enhancing weight, and fat loss. It also has good scientific backing.

A recent study (Sept 2010) showed that increasing calcium intake from dairy products significantly improves weight loss. Vitamin D also helps weight loss.

Another study (July 2010) showed that taking calcium supplements enhanced fat burning in post menopausal women.

  • I want to talk about D3 and then Calcium and Magnessium.

After reading research I started on 3000 units of D3 everyday and my health improved over the next months dramatically !

My frequent colds and flues were replaced with one 10 hour virus over a 12 month period.

My watery eyes and spring allergies were replaced with a nose that works properly and NO ALLERGIES ?

Now I'm adding Calcium/Magnesium D3 liquid as these combinations made my mother and brother thin again ???

    WOW !!!

  • What is a bone source of calcium in the United States?

  • @TheRogueMonk Could be true yes

  • @TheRogueMonk I believe that raw milk is fine. Once milk is heat treated, that changes protein structure in the milk, destroying most of the whey protein - the most highly nutritious protein component.

Lactose in raw milk is less likely to be a problem, as there are naturally occuring bacteria still remaining in the milk, these digest bacteria digest lactose.

  • @TheRogueMonk the irony is that altough they say 90% of asians have lactose intollerance but they dont have so much probem with their own diary product..

my father is very intollerant but can drink milk from various asian countries..

i think cows in norway have more lactose because they have to eat stored food because of a longer winter period then most countires as well. l

people will react differently to different diary from different places as well..

  • @TheRogueMonk this might really be 1 of the factors to why these diary consuming countries have less fat people and more natural looking women , natural i mean less fat

  • @TheRogueMonk actually this was very interesting because in my opinion in countries where diary products are consumed specially where the milk is natural the women look more feline and dnice looking!

in middle east where i come from which is also in asia people almost consume diary as a staple just like rice is.. also here in norway in the north milk is natural and a staple at schools .. while this is not true in many fat countires like america , canada and the other western countries
