Rape at 12th St. and Mtn View in Phoenix

On Saturday, July 24th, 2010 at approximately 4:30 in the morning a 28 year old female was raped at this apartment complex at 12th Street and Mountain View Road in Phoenix.

The suspect was a neighbor and used the name Gonazlo Robles-Gutierrez. The suspect forced the victim into his apartment and sexually assaulted her when she was taking out the garbage. Police discovered the suspect abandoned his home and job that same day.
