I haven't read enough of Jeph Loeb to say that he is a good or bad writer, but I am curious: do you guys think that his Batman stories with Tim Sale and the more recent Hush are really all that bad?

Loeb's early stuff with Sale is just downright brilliant. I also enjoyed his Superman For All Seasons with Sale as well. That's why this current run of subpar material is so disconcerting.

Correction: It's subpar FOR ME, but it's fairly obvious that Loeb isn't writing towards MY tastes, but for younger readers.

Despite what you might hear said on this video channel, if you like Loeb's work, it's your right to enjoy it. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for commenting!

More proof Bendis hates women for you. Where was Maria Hill? For such an important person she kinda fall to inobscurity in SI's wrapup andisn't doing anything at all but chilling when Osborn comes calling?

I kept thinking that it would be great if during one of these conversations all of the sudden Bendis or Loeb snuck up in the background wih a giant cartoon hammer!
