@TheJoniscool Well, it's a late reply but whatever i'll answer anyway. Cornell(the lead singer) was having personal problems with the other members. The 3 other members were still somewhat busy with Rage Against The Machine and Morello and Cornell were also doing solo projects on the side, they decided to just disband audioslave alltogether.

@gringomeyer the radio version was produced after the album, and is supposed to appear on the single, there is also a teaser available of the video for the radio edit
