Athletic Preparation for football with metabolic circuit of Prowler Push (+180lbsx2x15 yards), Power Rope Wave (20 sec.), Box Jumps (5), Kettlebell Swings (32kgx10), Sandbag unilateral RDL+Zercher Squat (80lbs).
This circuit is towards finish of 90 minute training session at McConnell Athletics.
