Here's how the Smolov Jr. experiment ended. I was blessed to go from a PR of 457 on March 5 to a new PR of 490 on April 15! I also tested my deadlift, bench, and press, just to see how they held up during the squat program. Somehow, I got a 5 lb. press PR as well. Thanks for watching!

  • @powrbuildr  Normally, you squat 4 days per week for 3 weeks. I did it in 4 weeks, squatting 3 days per week. Rested 5 days before the test.
