Is that song a kind of French version of 'Deliverance'?
I've been admiring the Opinel for too long. I reckon it's about to buy one. Hopefully with a sweet looking olive wood handle.

I recently bought this same knife. My olive wood handle is not nearly as attractive as the one in this video, much plainer wood grain. It's definitely a cool knife, but I would consider it a light duty pocket knife. It doesn't seem very rugged.

Laisse beton means "let it go".
Beton is a sling word for the word "tombé ". This type of French sling is call "verlan".
Verlan is an argot in the French language, featuring inversion of syllables in a word, and is common in slang and youth language. It rests on a long French tradition of transposing syllables of individual words to create slang words. The name verlan is an example: it is derived from inverting the syllables in l'envers ("the inverse," pronounced lan-ver).

can any one tell me the name of this song?
No, this song as nothing in common with "Deliverance". Renaud was very famous with teenagers during the 80s and 90s. Hope to see you on OpiKnife.com soon.
