You tell 'em! How I hate dichotomous racial attitudes, and especially that racial progress consists of nothing more than elevating "black America" to some sort of perceived equality with "white America."

haha girl this is creative but the reason why they dont say yellow and skip right to all the weird colors is that yellow is loaded with a derogatory history. not that black isnt but weve more or less (as black people) accepted the denomination.
You are actually one of the few asians I have ever heard that are ok to be called yellow.
regardless, being called whatever may even be worse, but perhaps we're putting too much weight on specificity.

i have a special appreciation for this kind of invisibility that you describe bc i'm trans and get lost in the wo/man binary. this video is really well done, nice job. i recognized someone in it, too, from a recent party- the indian woman, she was performing her material to guitar and dancing.
