Shawna Peterson of Peterson Neon shows us how to flamework neon tubing. You blow into the line when you want to fill out a corner you just bent, it's kinda cool!

  • i just started working with boro but neon seems fun too, i always wondered how they got all the gas and electrodes in the glass. does neon glass go from a liquid-solid fast like boro or is it more like soft glass?

  • Ha, the camera man is really sharp ! The cork was almost hitting him in the face... and then he asks "so is the end plugged then ?" - lol.

  • Neon Glassblowing Is an Art.

Working lead free glass is not so hard. It's just a matter of making adjustments to your "normal routine" with lead glass.

True, it is not as forgiving and you do have less "working time" while the glass is fluid, but with practice good results should not be a problem.

  • that job is kind of art , i love to do that with tecnolux glass lead free is very hard to do
