This cutscene is triggered after you receive The Secret Ansem's Report 1 after fighting the 1000 Heartless battle.

It would have made sense to have these already in the fricken game! There was a serious lack of scenes of the organization all together, we had no idea how they got along or how they planned, these scenes explain so much more and are important to the story. Just another money milking scheme of square's, except the bastards haven't released it over seas, and are just teasing us!

@Crichjo32: that's what I don't get. if Square wants to so badly milk this franchise, then why not release the Final Mixes overseas, along with the KH novellas (not just the mangas)? They keep adding crap that becomes more and more important to the KH universe, yet they only release them to their Japanese fans. All we got so far was KH Re: CoM, which was mediocre at best.
