@Mitchyy312 One problem that money spent into the upgrade car verses the new bought car is still going to out perform it. People like you don't seem to understand why cars are bought, each one is down to preference and what the person wants to do with what ever budget they have. If they want a 30k car that performs well on the track, they're not exactly going to go out and just buy a car and hope for the best that it does what they want well.

Let's look at it this way though, you say most people who buy 240's buy them because they are cheap and can put better "performance" parts into it. I get that, but why would you spend so much on such a old and unreliable car? Most people won't but then again most owners of a 240, well their car has a tri-tone paint job, which that statement in itself is an explanation. The 240 is refered to as a money pit, whereas how many times is a mustang refered to as a money pit? A little I'm sure, but no..
