@AlekNovy Not true. If you eat at a large calorie deficit and not do any weight training you will lose some muscle along with the fat. Especially if you don't eat plenty of proteins. Losing weight is relatively easy. Making sure it's only fat that you're losing is much harder.

@AlekNovy Yeah I think they must have gotten the numbers wrong... no way could a small woman pack in 2500 calories a day O.O
-
"Just 1500...?" 1200 is the recommended minimum for healthy weight loss. She definitely wasn't starving...
-
the part were they said how much they lost in a week made me completely forget about how bad crash dieting is....
-
Colonics are very bad for you.

@crazylatingirl94 why, this diet has serious consequences for your health
-
@Pumzlumz "I can understand needing to eat something else than lemonade - but nuts? They're like some of the most calorie dense food you can g"
I agree... My spanish teacher, a morbidly obese woman used to always come to class whining about her extreme diet she was on, and she had to "survive on nuts" to get through her diet. But she freaking vacuumed 3-4000 calories worth of nuts during the class... Some diet...
-
@Pumzlumz That's blatantly wrong. The body doesn't touch muscle until you get to seriously low bodyfat levels. The guy with the professional training knows better than you.
If she were a female bodybuilder, then yes, she'd lose some of her "built muscle" if she didn't weight-train. But all she has on her is natural muscle, and she won't lose until she starts getting into very low body fat.
this is so triggering...why am i watching it...im tempted to follow in their footsteps
