hey, I noticed at day 17 you were playing the song a little faster than the tempo actually is. You're gonna really want to be able to stick to the tempo of every song you learn so you don't end up shooting through every song at the same rate you're used to. Also, if you get a sustain pedal you will absolutely love it. It is the pedal that carries the sound of the keys as you hold it down, sounds gorgeous. They cost like 15$

I'm sad that your finger already started hurting. That is NOT supposed to happen when you first learn and is proof that you have too much tension. The thing is, that can easily be avoided with good posture, a relaxed arm, and strong curved fingers. Good luck! I can see your passion and that is very encouraging. :)
