The comment by the dispatcher was very poor judgement, However if you can't handle your own kids, you should not be a parent, there are hundreds of resources out there for parents and parenting. Police officers are not here to baby sit or to discipline your kids for you. Bad dispatcher but shame on this women for thinking she can abuse the 911 system like this. Just as the dispatcher should be disciplined for his actions so should the women for making a bogus 911 call. Shame on both parties!!
