The ``Second Kennedy`` was proposed by one, Alfred Tamperman, but was quickly stifled by the commission. The Kennedy ``double` was an exact look alike of the president, had been a trained actor and had plastic surgery to replicate him exactly. Little is known about which one actaully was shot, however, Tamperman insists the double, had acuatlly been in the limo.
