Are you fucking high? None of this footage is fake. If you question why Evan would be shooting when everyone runs, it's because he has balls. How do I know? I have worked with him for years. In actual "video forensics," we'd see some evidence instead of your ignorant hunches about anatomy and perspective. You can start by posting this in HD, and zooming in.
