tutorial on how to do twist and rip method for creating dreadlocks

..sorry, right in the middle of my "blunted ends" rant my cameras battery died so i didnt get a chance to finish...basically if you have blunted ends it takes longer for your hair to dry and water can become trapped inside of the dreadlock, causing mold and a nasty musty smell. tapered ends allow the water to drip out of the dread causing it to dry faster =)

Hi, do you have to re-dread you hair when It grows longer? Or does it grow as dreads also?

@Natalia Souza it takes a while for the dreads to get fat and look like normal dreads

I would stop using conditioner if you haven't already, and you can also try palm rolling them constantly to keep them together! And they're not going to look like dreads for the first couple months. You just gotta stick with it.

Hopefully that helps- I'm no expert!

How could it possibly grow out as a dread? The roots will be normal loose hair.
