Kate Miller-Heidke & Keir Nuttall: Caught In The Crowd LIVE

The Award-winning second (and fourth) single from Curiouser! Because "The Last Day On Earth" did so well at radio, K&K decided to re-release this song as a single to give it more exposure. Kate feels it's the best song on the album and apparently an all-star judging panel (including Rob Thomas [Matchbox Twenty], Neil Finn, Loretta Lynn, Robert Smith [The Cure], Ray Davies [The Kinks], KT Tunstall, Jerry Lee Lewis, T-Pain, Tom Waits and Frank Black [The Pixies]) agreed. K&K won the Grand Prize at 2009's International Songwriting Contest which boasted over 15,500 entries. The song was also chosen to spearhead a campaign against bullying in schools across Australia!

I saw her with Ben Folds in Houston. She is an amazing singer. She has incredible control and range. Her live stuff is far greater then her album. If you really want to know what she is about, see her live. Her shows are very intimate and you feel like she is singing just for you. Her guitar player is great, too. He is very skilled for this kind of performance. Together they make for one hell of a show.
