Yes we were towed UP into the leae and then lowwered down to a safe area.. The road had plastic matting that provided very little traction even when fully chained up.. Un fortunately he broke the towcat on this trip and i left the lease on my own with out his help.. I had to take it very slow, in low gear with the engine brake set on 2 and got down to a more or less level part then was able to carry on

Did they have to tow you guys up the otherside also?

If we hit it just right we were ok at he other side.. This side was steep and had plastic matting under the snow. no traction ata ll

nice what company were you sevicing cuz we heve found ourselfs in situations like that out by fox creek we hed to be fulled in and out by a tow cat.
