I was in Visalia when they started out which was around 10:30am. They were riding very slowly as they passed and all the bikes were grouped tightly together. The race certainly got more exciting when it got to the finish.

Nice shot. The Amgen tour came through Davis on a very rainy wet day. It was horrible.
