great show as per usual scott, what do you think about the evolution of gsp from a striker to a wrestler. im quite bored when seeing couture or gsp continuously humping blokes on the ground or the side of the cage. Im proposing a k-1-esque organization that uses the mma gloves, no wrestling or bjj but all striking. it will probably never happen, cheers from san diego

@jeremyshambles i think what happened in the GSP fight was that he got too focused on trying to submit hardy. GSP needed to working more strikes on the feet and the ground. plus, we need to give hardy some credit. the guy is tough and was put into some serious jeopardy and was able to survive.

yeah, the k-1-esque org wouldn't fly.

Fitch and Kos fired from the UFC? HAHA not gonna happen anythime soon. I think Roy Nelson should fight Mir or Gonzaga.

@omission13 that is why i said that it was my GUESS that if White offered the fight. total speculation on my part. but, if you remember...a couple years ago, all of AKA was more or less fired because Fitch would not sign an exclusive contract in regard to the UFC Undisputed game.

@TWinCombatSports I just don't see the UFC getting rid of 2 of the best WW in the world. Rumor has it that Kos/Fitch will be the new coach for TUF. I'm assuming the other will be GSP.

@omission13 i do not disagree. that being said i don't put anything past dana white keeping fitch and koscheck out of title contention due to the fact that they will not face each other...all the way to outright releasing them to send a message to the rest of the fighters that they need to fight who is put in front of them or that fighter may never get a shot no matter how good they are and who they have beaten. get ready to fight some friends, guys.
