This posture exercises video shows a way to exercise the lower & middle trapezius. The lower and middle trapezius are commonly weak due to poor posture.

The key to this exercise is not to lift the arms up towards the ceiling from the shoulder joint but to lift the arms by squeezing the shoulder blades together.

  • @4butler11 this can help only slightly bcz in these exercises the muscles worked are the trapezius mainly which are superficial. for winged scapula wt u need to focus on is strengthening the deeper RHOMBOIDS muscles and more importantly you must strengthen your SERRATUS ANTERIOR.

  • Great video

do you know what the plank exercise is? really good for core building. Basically push up position but you are on your elbows. It helped me but apparently it can be bad for some people. I only had left winged scapula so that could be why it was good for me. I am not an expert but you may want to try it and if there is no pain it should help to reconnect your shoulder muscles (or whatever) to your scapula. Good luck!

  • Hey. Does anyone know if this will fix winged scapula?
