Paul Harvey was a gifted speaker, broadcaster, journalist and author. He had an uncanny ability to draw you in to a story, making you feel like you were a part of it. He will always be thought of as "The Voice of America" R.I.P. Paul.

Many mornings I listened to Paul Harvey's radio show. It is as fond of a meomory as those cold winter mornings and hot oatmeal prepared by my mother. I would sit at the table and hear his stories and I remember even as a child how intrigued I was by the man on the radios voice. It made his stories that much better...he will be missed.

This is a tribue to Paul Harvey... any negative comments will be deleted so please don't bother. If you didn't like him, make your own video and voice your opinion there, but not on MY tribute please!

Thank you!

Thanks for posting, and thanks for the write-up. He was simply the most valuable media person in this country. I recorded him every day on the computer, and listened to the recordings every night at bedtime. He's the only person who I agree with 100% on absolutely every issue. This is a tremendous loss.

Then came the 70's, a new show written by Paul Jr.'The Rest Of The Story' a time for a short respite in your day. Stories that at times could be poignant, at times funny, always absorbing & at the end you most likely say "oh my goodness". It was history presented in a new unique way, ALL of the story, the part time left out. GOD SPEED SIR ! ! And GOOD DAY.from San Diego, California

Hello Americans.. As a child of the 50's our Mom would always have the radio on- mostly used for disc jockey music background noise until that time in the morning when a hush fell. Mr. Harvey's was on the air - it started our day! We will miss him!! Mom would say he felt like a pair of comfy old slippers. MORE
