I Am Legend Trailer #2 *Extended*

This is the second trailer to I Am Legend, starring Will Smith as the sole survivor of a deadly man-made virus.

"Robert Neville (Will Smith) is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable, and man-made. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City and maybe the world. For three years, Neville has faithfully sent out daily radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there. But he is not alone. The movie does have Neville hunting in the evening, the trailer just attached "noon" to that scene for the sole purpose of giving off the impression that he lives a routinely life

If you're referring to the overhead shot of part of the city burning, then you're right, the rest of the footage is, however, in the theatrical release.

I heard they reworked the script, the dog does die in an earlier version of the script. I don't know if they changed that with the new version, though.
