@Polecatmtn wouldnt be surprised, wasnt there a rebellion in 1849 or osmething (which i think failed), causing mass german immigration to US. Germans and Irish were large ethnic groups in US ^^

It is ironic that the two American Commanders in World War I and World War II were both German-Americans, General Pershing WWI and General Eisenhower WWII. Admiral Nimitz was the German-American Naval Commander in the Pacific in WWII that defeated the Japanese. Most interesting and shocking to our British friends is the USA's largest ethnic group is German. My own ancestors came from the Rhineland and continued to speak German for generations.

@XtremeNasism666 I shouldn't say Germany has lost it's Pride in Music. In reference to here this is a Prussian song. Germanic in essence but not German as from Germany. At least until the Brandenburg state fought and won over Prussia
