Sian Hindle of La Creme Patisserie talks about an Ivory three tier Chocolate Wedding Cake decorated with ivory chocolate roses that she baked. Wedding reception was held at the Glynclydach Hotel on Sunday 13th April.

  • That ribbon should be edible. Who wants a cake in clothing?

  • @2SIXimixedBABIES When you fix ribbons to a cake, dont use royal icing as they will mark through the satin fabric. Your cake should be level and the ribbons secured at the back with a little pritt stick glue, or glue gun. Glue the ribbons NOT the cake. Once the icing has dried, add the ribbons, pull tight to make them sit right. Hope this helps. Sian
