A subscriber requested that we put together a video on pin trading and pins available at the parks. We're very amateur pin collectors, but here is our two-cents regarding collecting Disney pins.. hope you find this useful.

  • My Fiance took me to disneyland for the first time (im 21 yrs old) and i cant believe what i have been missing. She spend over 40$ at world of disney and bought me a deluxe starter set and IM HOOKED!

  • @z00y0rk93 I got my first pin years ago, but only recently have become really interested in collecting that I'm working on sets now. Good luck with your new hobby!

  • My recmmendation is buy pins in bulk on ebay and then go to the parks making it cheaper than buying pins individually and then trading cast members for a pin you actually may want. Also the rules for pin trading is you may only trade two pins per person per a cast member, all pins must have disney logo on the back, and cast members may NOT trade certain pins due to cast member exclusives and retired pins. Thx

  • @iMusely Very good suggestions!

  • @disneyjoe101 That is my favorite place, too! I love trading with people and buying pins at this location!

  • Hi! Another good place to find pins for purchase is at Downtown Disney by the monorail boarding station. They have a huge selection. Also, in Hollywood, on Hollywood Blvd by the El Capitan theatre, there is a shop called the Disney Soda Fountain. They have very rare and limited pins! :D

  • @AMouseAndADream They have one of the same deal at the pin station in EPCOT, that's where I got most of my completer pins.

  • @DisneyPinsWeekly There's a pin store in New Orleans Square tucked way in the back. If you buy $30 worth of pins, you get a "mystery" pin for $1, so it's a nice bonus.
