Here's mhanson51 taking on OPT's 100 Tire Flip Challenge.

The 100 Tire Flip Challenge consists of flipping a 200 lb. tractor tire 100 times in a row for time. It's a great, intense workout and challenges the entire body both in strength and endurance.

  • That tire is 275 lbs at most.

  • the way he is just deadlifting that tire will get you injured when you try to use a heavier tire.You should get your hips back away from it and drive foward instead of just deadlifting it.With a heavy tire you will injure or possibly tear your biceps.

  • man my tire is 290lbs but i can only do it like 15-20 times, before i need to take a min rest.

    i enjoy watching your vids, i will be going thru fire academy in about a year, so your workouts help me out alot.

  • im a fire fighter that looks lke a good work out im vollunteer i;m considered the trainer of my department i try to keep o  ur guys in half way decent shape

  • seem to be going really slow but then again might be smart to conserve energy and not rush at once good work
