What if it's so good at grabbing the drivers' attention that it actually causes more accidents?

I mean .. Seriously, if I was driving in a heavy rain storm, I would be freaked out if I saw a board leaking blood ...

It's really sad to hear about the drivers, and I truly wish people would drive more carefully, but at the same time, that billboard would be freaking awesome if it were a halloween gag! How do they do that?! Just because it rains, it bleeds? I'm intrigued

yeah, especially n motorways. in uk loads of idiots cross motorways but the thing is drivers wont expect to see a person there, its like no mans land.
