You are right.I had a 69 convertible and a 70gs455 stg2 convertible(sold the 69,kept the 70).The 1968 and 69 share the same body(Minus grill,rear side markers and rear bumper,speedometer,steering wheel).In 1970 everything changed.The only way to I.D. a 70 is:front and rear bumper,hood latch and grill,dash lenses and interior finish,of course the front flashers,light bezel,rear lights lenses and hood nose.All one year only,1970
