Gears of War 2 (GoW2) Glitches - Locked Downed

Hey guys, Im going to be showing you a cool glitch i had for awhile but its one of those glitches where it gets to the point that its going to be what it is.Your downed on your screen and your completely locked as far as you cant press RT or have the option of pressing the A button.
