Goldfish Sleepping Upside Down Is that OK?

My goldfish sleeps like human, laying on his back facing up. its been months, he seems healthy and when he swim and other time he just like other normal fish. only when he sleeps it looks odd. I fund interesting, hopefully he is not sick like some say.

boiled peas take off the shell and for thos 2 fish at least a 30 gallon tank

either, as you can see, SHE is bloated and is most likely about to lay eggs, or she has swim bladder. put her in a seperate bowl for a week with duckweed and it it is swim bladder, she will get better by eating that for a week. If it is not, then she is laying eggs. Also, the possibility may be the breed of the fish.
