Half of a roast duck (their famous Pipa duck) is being chopped up for a customer. Taken through the window of Nam Fong, Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii. To prepare, the duck is split open, the inside cavity is rubbed with 5 spice powder and the whole thing is basted with a uniquely tasty sweet and salty barbecue sauce, mmmm.....mmmm finger licking good! Get there early in the morning and you can get it hot out of the oven, in which case the skin is crispy too!
